Campaign to end cyberbullying.

Do your students have a creative idea to help end cyberbullying?

Young people aged 12–25 can apply now to attend CONVO2019 on Monday 21 October (student free day) at the Queensland State Netball Centre in Brisbane.

The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women is looking for more than 100 young Queenslanders to help design a campaign to end cyberbullying.

CONVO2019 has been developed based on the Queensland Anti-Cyberbullying Taskforce report, Adjust our Settings: A community approach to address cyberbullying among children and young people in Queensland recommendation to co-create a campaign with a diverse group of young Queenslanders.

As well as young people, the Queensland Government will work with social media companies and influencers to identify real solutions to prevent, reduce and respond to cyberbullying.

Applications close 12 pm Friday 4 October and more information is available on the CONVO2019 website.
