       TAFE Qld have released their TAFE at School Course Guides for 2019, as well as other TAFE at School information. Instructions for applying are on the second last page of each Guide.  ​
Applications are opening on these dates:​
July 10   Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Kingaroy, Nurunderi (Cherbourg)​
July 16 Brisbane, Skills Tech, Bundamba, Springfield, WESTEC
Aug 6 ​ North and Far North Qld, Gold Coast, South West

2018 Programs
  
 TAFE Qld South West have released their TAFE at School Course Guide for Semester 2. Applications are open for you to put in an expression of interest. To apply go to: www.tafeapply.com Enter the code: TQSW1802
​ TAFE Qld Brisbane have released their TAFE at School Course Guide for Semester 2​. Applications are open for you to put in an expression on interest. They close on 13 July. Courses commence 16 July. To apply go to: www.tafeapply.com  Enter the code: TQB1802

 TAFE Qld East Coast have made available their mid-year course guide. To apply go to: www.tafeapply.com Enter the code: TQEC1802
If you are interested in a place for the July intake, you are encouraged to apply immediately, as places fill fast.
Note: this is for full time BrisbaneSDE students only.

 BrisbaneSDE and Coorparoo Secondary College are offering three VET courses to students in Years 10, 11 and 12. The dates are the last week of school in September: 17th - 21st inclusive, and 5 Wednesdays - 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st October and 7th November.
The courses on offer are:
 

Venue: School campus at 4 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo. The sessions will be attended by both Coorparoo Secondary College students as well as BrisbaneSDE students. 

Cost: Free if you have not previously used VET in School (VETiS) funding. If you have previously used funding, Axiom College, the Registered Training Organisation delivering the qualifications, are discounting the price from $2,200 to $1,200.

 Online Horse College are offering students in Years 10, 11 and 12 to study a fully funded horse course: AHC21216 Certificate II in Rural Operations (Horse Husbandry Assistant). They also offer other courses which incur a fee. For further information, contact Elena Simmons, VET Coordinator. 

   

 TAFE Qld Gold Coast Ashmore Trade Training Centre  is holding an Open Day on Friday 10th August, 9am to 4pm.  You can tour the facilities, try a trade and speak with industry experts. FREE BBQ will be provided.

 TAFE Qld East Coast are holding 4 Open Days for students to gain an understanding of what TAFE offers, either for a TAFE at Schools Program or continued study after Year 12. Contact the TAFE at Schools team if you are interested in attending any of these days: Schools.EastCoast@tafe.qld.edu.au
