Year 9 (PDF, 260KB)

For year 11/12 enrolment please contact enrolments via – enrolments@brisbanesde.eq.edu.au

Only complete the following if studying VET courses.

Payments

Please continue to our payment page.

Please submit copies all of the following:

Birth certificate.
Most recent school report.
SET plan - year 11.

On completion

Save your documents to your computer/device and email your documents (PDF only) to:

Digital signatures cannot be accepted and submitters must be over 18.
Sending all documents in one email may result in delivery failure. Email documents individually if this occurs.
Please use student name as file identifier e.g. Brown-Mary. When sending multiple files name numbering each file e.g. Brown-Mary(1), Brown-Mary(2) etc.
