Excursions and camps are seen as an integral part of the curriculum as they enable students to explore, extend and enrich their learning and develop their social skills, in a non-school setting. At BrisbaneSDE we call these events ‘Connect Days' (see explanation below). A full list of ‘Connect Days' can be found on the ‘Events Calendar’

- Please be aware that class attendance rates, behaviour and return of school work is a factor that may lead to your student being denied attendance. This will be determined by the Head of School.
- Consent forms will not be accepted unless full payment has been made where applicable.
- Cancellations for refunds may be requested via email up to 4 days prior to excursion where applicable.

- As per the 'Education Qld CARA Activity Guidelines in Swimming Pools', Swimming Carnivals participation in events must be appropriate to students current swimming competence.

Connect DaysConnect Days are ‘face to face’ activities and programs that are held either during or after school hours and complement the curriculum. Wherever possible, Connect Days and programs also include time and opportunities for our home supervisors to meet in a group setting, to provide feedback and to receive relevant information. Upcoming Connect Days can also be found on the ‘Events Calendar'.
