Parents/Guardians must notify the school of all absences (including IT issues that prevent a student from entering class).
- For IT issues, please ring the absences line below or email.
- For all other absences, you can email, ring, or use the Compass application.
Please note: Absences sent to teachers may not be passed on to student absences.
Absence notifications are not accepted from students or non-guardians.

Your username and password for Compass have been emailed to you. If you need your password reset, please contact the community engagement team.
Please note: Without this, your student will remain as an unexplained absence.
- Student's full name.
- Student's year level.
- Date and time of absence (e.g. P1, all day).
- Reason for absence.
