Statement of Commitment
We are committed to supporting the children, young people, staff and families within our learning community to achieve their best possible mental health. Through our focus on continuous improvement and our policies and practices, we work towards building and maintaining a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community for all.
The wellbeing lessons are mini lessons in PowerPoint format on weekly wellbeing themes.
They are separated into grades Prep-2, 3-6, 7-9, and 10-12.
Primary wellbeing lessons are delivered once a week.
Secondary wellbeing lessons are delivered every Period 3 for 10 minutes.
Students can access these kits at any time to use during wellbeing lessons or to set up themselves up for successful wellbeing at BrisbaneSDE when newly enrolled.
