New enrolments

​* Important: Applications received after Monday March 7 will be considered as a Term 2 enrolment. 

All lessons are delivered ‘online’ and it is imperative that students can meet these requirements. Failure to return ALL enrolment forms may result in students having a delayed commencement.

Brisbane School of Distance Education fees and are as follows: 
Home schooling (by choice) fee is $1,586.50 (elective subject charges may apply)
Home schooling (by limited choice) fees exempt (elective subject charges may apply)

Please note: Families are given an option to pay a deposit of $750 (excluding subject fees) towards the annual Home Schooling By-Choice Fee. The fee is to be finalised no later than 31 May 2022 unless otherwise negotiated in writing to the Finance Team Leader. Please refer to your invoice when issued (a minimum amount required to allow an Enrolment Application to progress, please see note below the invoice total).​​


Please noteA minimum amount of $750 for all 'by choice' enrolments Prep to Year 12 towards the Home Schooling Fee is required. Subject/Resource Fees are payable upon enrolment for all students enrolling. An enrolment may not progress unless the minimum amount has been received as indicated on the invoice that will be issued for each prospective student. This invoice is issued to the Parent/Caregiver who has been nominated as the 'Financial Responsible Person' in the enrolment application.

Complete the documents for your category of enrolment.


On completion, save your documents to your computer/device and email your documents to: enrolments@brisbanesde.eq.edu.au 
If emailing enrolment documents they must be submitted in PDF format.
  • Image docs will not be accepted e.g. ​​from a smartphone. You will be asked to resend in the requested format.​

  • Dig​​ital signatures cannot be accepted.

  • EQ schools do not have access to 'drop box' options​.
IMPORTANT ​! Documents received without signatures will not be accepted. You will be asked to ​resend signed documents. This will result in delayed processing.

Sending all documents in one email may result in delivery failure due to size restrictions. Please email documents individually if this occurs.
Please use student name as file identifier e.g. Brown-Mary. When sending multiple files use name, num​bering each file e.g. Brown-Mary(1) Brown-Mary(2) etc.
