The Finance Team will keep you informed of any changes that may occur and this page is continuously updated.

Textbook Resource Allowance (TRA) 

  • ​All Year 7-10 eligible families received the 'early bird' fee rate on their general resource fee. This fee was reduced by the TRA payment. 
  • You do not need to take any further action. If you require more information please email: accounts@brisbanesde.eq.edu.au
  • ​All  Year 11-12 eligible​ families, who elected to use TRA to cover fees, will receive an invoice for fees soon.
  • Please DO NOT PAY this invoice. 
  • The TRA payment will be used to cover costs specific to your student.
  • Any remaining TRA will be paid  to you in the second half of Term 2; or be applied to any outstanding fees on your account.

Please note: ​All  Year 11-12 eligible​ families​ who elected not to use TRA to cover fees will receive the full TRA payment in the second half of Term 2. Important: This payment is conditional to outstanding fees.

​Online payment exciting news!

Home-Based

The information below is essential. Failure to action this information may delay application: ​

  1. ​Invoices for subject/resource feeswill be issued, via email on approval of your application. Payment is required before application can be finalised.
  2. A second invoice for the Compulsory Distance Education Fee​ will then be  issued  via email, to "By Choice" applicants (only)  soon after.
    Please note: Invoices are due 14 days from date of issue.

Payment plan "By Choice" category​ (only)

To assist families, a 'part payment' plan for the Compulsory Distance Education Fee​​ can be accessed. If you would like to take advantage of this 'part payment' plan, please see steps below:

  1. ​​Include $800 (approx half of the full payment) with the subject/resource fee for each student.
  2. second invioce for the balance of the Compulsory Distance Education Fee​ will be issued via email​ with payment required by May 31.

Please note: Emails from BrisbaneSDE sometimes are directed to Junk/Spam folders. Please check these folders regularly.

School-Based

Invoices will be issued to the students base school (in bulk) towards the end of term 1 for student applications received up to March 1, 2024. Enrolments received thereafter will be invoiced individually.

Refunds are not available for students who enrol from Sememster 2. More information is provided within the document(s) below:
