​​​​​Welcome to our finance page. It is the responsibility of the school's finance team to ensure all Education Queensland financial management policies are adhered to whilst supporting our continuing and prospective families.

The Finance Team will keep you informed of any changes that may occur and this page is continuously updated. 

Fees​

Home-Based

Invoices will be issued to the parent/guardian and payment will be required before enrolment can progress

To ensur​e all required steps have been completed, please see New Enrolments.

School-Based

Invoices will be issued to the students base school (in bulk) towards the end of term 1 for student applications received up to March 1, 2022. Enrolments received thereafter will be invoiced individually.

Invoices are due 14 days from issue date

The following refund applications must be received prior to end of Semester 1 of the current school year.
Refunds are not available for students who enrol from Sememster 2. More information is provided within the document(s) below:

Note: These applications are used for the Home-Schooling and School-Based Compulsory Fees only.

The following refund applications are used only for BrisbaneSDE local fees; includes resources, subject fees, unused courier fees etc

Refund application are considered by our Finance Team and return details are provided on the form(s)

Note: Home-Schooling and School-Based Compulsory Fees will not be considered when using these forms – applications will be returned to sender.
