Refund information

​Compulsory Distance Education fee​​

The following information relates to the compulsory Distance Education Fee (Home Schooling By Choice)

1. A full refund may be applicable if the enrolment is cancelled within 10 school days (2 weeks) of the student's commencement date – this is known as the “grace period".

2. A full refund may be applicable if the student's enrolment category is changed to 'Medical' or 'Distance' after the initial application has been processed.

3. A pro-rata refund may be applicable after the first two weeks of enrolment. Please note: this is only available if your student was enrolled in Semester 1

4. Refunds are not applicable in Semester 2 unless the requirements in Line 1. or 2. (above) are applicable. ​
