Parent Teacher interviews are held once a semester. This opportunity allows teachers and parents/supervisors to discuss any issues or concerns, and to ask how children are performing and progressing at school. Please contact us:

Please see important information about Semester 2 interviews:
- Interviews will be held on Tuesday August 4 from 2:15 pm – 5:45 pm.
- Bookings open Tuesday, July 28 @ 9:00am and close Monday, August 3 @ 9:00am.
- Parent Teacher interviews are exclusively facilitated online via web conferencing platform.
- Prep - Year 12 interviews are 12 minutes in duration.
- Guidance Officer interviews are also available through the portal if you wish to book.
- Parent Teacher interviews are available for both Home and School Based families.
Please note:
- You will require your student's EQ ID # to register (11 digit number found on your student's timetable).
- You will receive a PIN # when you register. THIS IS DIFFERENT TO YOUR EVERYDAY SCHOOL LOGIN.
- It is important to note that each semester's interviews require their own unique login details. Re-registration is required each round.
- Please note that during Parent Teacher interviews, communication will be via the microphone function only, the chat box will be turned OFF.
