Returning-Continuing Enrolments

​​​​​​The information included on th​is page is for continuing enrolments. E.g. Students continuing their ​studies with BrisbaneSDE from this year (2024) into next year (2025). 
​We are a distance education school. It is mandatory for applicants to provide evidence that they continue to meet the eligibility requirements to enrol under their enrolment category. It is a requirement that applications are completed every year the student is enrolled at a distance education school. Failure to return applications will result in the student not being enrolled to start classes for the beginning of the 2025 school year. BrisbaneSDE process applications in order of receipt and timetable students in order of payment received. Students are placed in classes where capacity allows.
 

To ensure your student can commence at the beginning of the 2025 school year:​
  • ​​​​Pay deposit of subject and resource fees.​​ 
  • To assist with accommodating the student subject preferences, please ensure that enrolment forms are returned, and fees are paid by November 14, 2024. 
  • All forms and fees must be completed signed and returned for us to finalise the student enrolment.
  • ​​If you do not intend to continue with BrisbaneSDE into 2025, please complete the  Cancellation form ​and email to: EnrolmentApplications@brisbanesde.eq.edu.au

Pay fees

​This year, enrolment fees are paid via deposit through the Qkr! App or platform during the application process. Receipts will need to be uploaded as part of the enrolment application. ​
  • Limited Choice enrolments – Subject and Resource fees ONLY
  • By Choice enrolments – Subject and Resource fees as well as the Compulsory Distance Education Fee.
Year 11 & 12 student resource and subject fees will be invoiced once timetabled. Please note: You will be required to pay the compulsory distance education fee if you are enrolled under a By Choice category.
